Testing Center: The Testing Center is equipped with the latest technology: glossiness meter, roughness meter, Vicat softening point testing machine, elongation testing machine, impacting low temperature testing machine, photoelectrical haze meter, color meter and etc.

Testing center takes the responsibility of quality analysis on the in-coming raw material and the finished products. On raw material, the testing focuses mainly on its viscidity, volatilization, melting point, whiteness, etc. For the finished products, tested are Vicat, bending, transmittance, elongation, roughness, glossiness, whiteness, shrinkage, surface tension, and etc.

Process control is the key to satisfy the quality requirements from the clients. Standard policies are strictly carried out in the whole production process. They are as follows: quality planning, guide, operation rules, production flow, products specifications, process parameters, national or international standards, home standards, QC standards, and etc. Stern supervision is also available to improve the quality continuously.
