PVC Resin |
As the main material,the average degree of polymerization is 700 to 800. The whiteness of the resin is equal to or more than 90%. Residual VCM is equal to or less than 3ppm. Sieve analysis residue( 0.063mm) is equal to or more than 95%. Sieve analysis residue(0.25mm) is equal to or less than %. Impurities and foreign matter are less than 20 pieces/100g. |
Modifying Resin |
The modifying resin is applied to enhance heat-resistant property, such as ABS resin, CPVC resin. |
PVCA Resin |
It is used to improve the quality of the final product. It contents VAC 10%. The whiteness is equal to or more than 90%. Sieve analysis residue (0.45mm) is equal to or less than 1%. |
Special Resin for Matt Surface PVC |
The special PVC resin promotes the rapid fusion of rigid PVC compounds after emulsification. K value is equal to or more than 90. |
Special E Resin |
The special PVC resin, after emulsification, promotes the rapid fusion of rigid PVC compounds and helps the molten material to flow more easily. K value is about 60. |
Stabilizer |
Organotin are excellent general-purpose stabilizers. Phosphite is used as the assistant stabilizer. |
Reinforcing Agent |
ABS resin and MBS resin are applied to improve the impacting strength of PVC and enhance the performance of the processed PVC products. |
Lubricant |
There are internal lubricant and external lubricant such as: ester wax, fatty acid ester, etc. These lubricants have good compatibility with PVC, helping the molten material flow more easily, and increasing the glossiness of the sheet’s surface. |
Processing Aids |
The functional compound is PMMA, which promotes the rapid fusion of rigid PVC compounds and helps the molten material flow more easily. |
Filler |
Calcium carbonate: Whiteness is more than 90%, and average particle size is less than 0.1μm. |
Pigment |
It includes cyanine, purple, fluorescent and brightener, etc. |
